Bad customer service
I applied for their services as shopify payments does not work where I live. I provided them with all the documents they needed then they asked me for my transaction history for the last past 6 months. My shop is brand new and I have not opened yet. I explained them the situation and told them I could provide them with more documents to prove that my buisness is legit. They answered me by rejecting my application. Very bad service. I do not recommend.

I had my doubts about opening an account on 2checkout reading so many user complaints, but I gave my vote of confidence and opened the account a few months ago. I had a lucky with my business, I made my first sales, a little over $ 1000usd, enough to pay some debts. Although I had a good experience with…
Although I had a good experience with customer support team, I think it should be made clear as when the account can get activated. Its been more than 4 weeks since I have created my account and there is no update on whether when my account can be activated. It could be quite bothersome, when you are starting a new business. I would still highly recommend 2checkout over skrill when you starting a new eccomerce business.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I have been waiting for the activation of my account for more than 5 days when I sent all the elements, I am asked to provide additional information while no email was sent to me. Today, I am surprised not to be able to access my interface. I thought I forgot my password but when I ask for a new password I don't receive anything by email. I do not recommend this service be careful

They are a joke
They are a joke. They stopped payments and you must write one mail every few days for weeks.They ask you to leak customer info, then ask something else, and wait. There is more.This is just scammy bank
