Slow at reviews, declines with no explanation

2checkout played me for 3 weeks asking me to give them more documentation, more and more information every few days, I lost 3 weeks of my time just to be declined with NO FEEDBACK. I don't have a problem with being declined if I get a reason so that I can improve, but I asked them 3 times for exact feedback after being declined, so that I could fix/remove the problem and try again either with them or other payment gateway without losing time again, and they just tell me they can't tell me ...
