Very easy process with step by step…

Very easy process with step by step friendly help all along while setting up the account. And I mean fast easy reach too with real human help.Don't know how easy or on time with pay out yet as I have only tested out a couple of sales so far and seems good on both receiving and refund are fast and simple.The merchant charge rate is acceptable currently at 2%.Thank you 2checkout for making it easier to accept online charges.

Good customer service but the actual service they provide leaves much to be desired...

I must confess that 2checkout truly has one of the best customer service experience I have seen in a while and for this alone, they deserve a 5 star. They also take the time to contact your customers who have not been able to pay successfully which helps your customer retention. It has been a pleasure to work with 2Checkout. Althought, I think that is a little confusing how many will get to your bank account at the end as it exists the deposit retained section and also the transaction fee.

Pathetic

Pathetic, no help at all, finally got a refund but had to send the merchant screenshots of where I asked 2checkout to remove the subscription. these guys charged my credit card after I sent them 2 messages to cancel a subscription, the now say it’s up to the merchant, not them to authorise a refund on money they had no authority to take...Should be banned, use at your own risk

They have great services. Easy to manage, fast and helpful support, and solution for most of the payment gateway problems by itself. I think you just need a little adjustment on the checkout page, it could be more user-friendly.

By far the worst eCommerce payment…

By far the worst eCommerce payment processor there is. Confusing extra and hidden fees, support is really hard to reach and once you do get through, they are really not helpful.
