Bonjour,je confirme l'arnaque du double paiement et de la reconduction tacite non autorisée.J'ai réalisé un renouvellement manuel le 04/01/21 validé et effectif le jour même pour un abonnement Bit Defender 31.99€. Le 05/01/21 j'ai eu un renouvellement automatique de 67.99€ pour la licence que j'avais déjà renouvelé la veille.J'attends donc le remboursement de 67.99€.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. I got an email from them that my PayPal payment had failed and I needed to process it through them again. While the antivirus software renewal was in fact the one I had just renewed, the email address and total amount on the email was different. I have no idea how they phished my information and found my OTHER email but it’s spooky. Also my PayPal payment went through fine they were just trying to steal money from me.

We got into big legal trouble because of 2checkout. Our bank asked for the details of customers for each payout received by the bank for compliance reasons. 2checkout has disabled the access to such reports for previous year's transactions (2019) after a UI update! When we asked the support to provide these reports, they responded "Regrettably there are no individual reports for each payment released pre account update". We have been behind them for months now and the support doesn't even ...
