My experience with 2checkout is EXCELENT
My experience with 2checkout is since 2006 when I used their payment processor, and other services, including excellent customer support. Now I applied at Avangate ( Now 2checkout), and after explaining quite a complex situation, the 2checkout affiliate support team found a solution during the weekend. 2CO has given me a big increase in sales.

Billing support is fast and on point
Billing support is fast and on point. Handling issues via chat takes couple of minutes, and the agents are always of great help!

I'm commercializing a software product online and I've recently migrated from a different Merchant of Record to 2Checkout. I had to go through a complex integration process, with custom renewals, daily price updates, key generation and so forth. Their API and webhooks are nice to work with (although I guess it can seem a bit daunting at first for people who never worked with hash-checking before), the documentation is pretty good and it contains code examples for quite a few languages but ...
