Super Excellent Service from 1Password

I recently due to lack of understanding managed to register 2 accounts with 1Password. That meant I had an Apple acquired account and while trying to re-instate my account with 1Password inadvertently created another account directly on the 1Password site resulting in having paid for 2 subscriptions for the same year. 1Password tech support is amazing!

I purchased 1Password a couple of years ago. I had a serious accident shortly after and I honestly forgot I had purchased the password vault! I missed the fact that I paid for the second year (it was an auto payment) but this past December, I saw an email stating my account was due and would be automatically charged to my credit card.
