Thank you for fast support and thinking customer's best interest. I didn't even realize that I was applicable for special deal with 1Password.com service due to having old license of the product.

Really satisfied !
I have been a 1Password customer for a year and honestly I can only say that I am satisfied with both the security that the software ensures me and the customer service support, truly the jewel in the crown of the brand in my opinion. I will definitely renew with them again, really satisfied.

The best of the best
The interaction was fast, to the point and very friendly. I felt someone cared for problem because no matter a different person replied to my email thread, it was as if they knew what the problem was and were happy to help. They were patient despite my busy schedule. I really appreciated that personal touch that made me feel that I was not alone and had their support. I have been using 1Password since 2015.

1Password didn't work until great email service
After a very difficult re-start, I have exchanged a large number of very effective emails from 1Password to correct 2 years of frustrations. All emails were answered within 24 hours. They were clear and avoided computereze that was difficult for me to understand. All my issues are now resolved and I am especially pleased to be an 1Password member. I recommend 1Password very highly.
