I could not install 1Password in my old Apple laptop
I could not install 1Password in the Safari Version 16.6.1 running on my old Apple laptop, which could only be updated to macOS Big Sur 11.7.10. Two advisers help sort out the problem and on the third attempted fix, the problem was solved. This problem did not occur when I installed 1Password on my newer desktop Mac running the current MacOS. All in all I was very pleased with the help I got from these two advisers.

Wow…best support I’ve ever received.
Wow. I honestly think that 1password gave me the best customer experience ever. They listened to my issues, offered several suggestions and tips and then they supported my new subscription with a discount. I’m very happy with all aspects of the support team. Thank you!

The support @ 1Password is outstanding
The support @ 1Password is outstanding. Every time I have a question, I get an email providing thorough and complete solutions often including little video clips or links to articles. Sometimes I'll get answers from different people @ 1Password but the continuity and teamwork on their behalf gives me exactly what I need.

Had an issue which had no working solutions online. Upon contacting, got quick responses with great explanations at every step. Can definitely recommend getting 1Password just for the support team.

The most comfortable password manager. I've tried a few of them, as well as the native IOS and Android autofill functions, and syncing everything was the real hell.
