absolutely essential app for security

What do you like best? 1Password works seamlessly in the background, providing an encrypted cache of all my passwords. Since I use the built-in DropBox synch, those passwords are available on all my devices (desktop, laptop, iPhone and iPad. So my passwords are secure and remembered, yet they're available whenever and wherever I need them. I particularly like the plug-in for Safari. That means I can insert a user ID and password from 1Password with one click when I'm logging into a web ...

Better password security without additional effort

What do you like best? My passwords are far more secure, but I don't have to remember difficult phrases or complicated gibberish of characters to achieve this added security. The apps work on both my Mac and my PC, as well as my Android and WIndows mobile devices. The Dropbox-powered synchronization means I always have my up-to-date password list regardless of where I am or what I'm doing. What do you dislike? I've learned some other systems have the ability to automatically expire/renew ...

The most powerful and safest password manager in the market

What do you like best? I started browsing the web like the majority of us, searching here and there and making new accounts. To make it easy to remember I did the capital sin "I reused my email password everywhere", it wasn't a bad password, it was strong (16 random chars with special keys and numbers and it was easy for me to retype after a couple of years of repetition, but then products like sony, adobe, twitch got hacked and somehow my password ended in the list of cracked hashes in ...

Greatest Password Manager I have used so far

What do you like best? The native support for multiple platforms is wonderful. Ability to backup with multiple cloud providers is also great. The browser extensions detect the website asking for your credentials and you can fill out all form information with a single click. You can create separate password vaults for Home, Work, etc. The password generator feature is also great which gives you a lot of freedom to tweak the length and the use of special characters and symbols. Also, the ...

A godsend for a peace of mind - with some caveats

What do you like best? No more easy-to-guess passwords or jotting down strong ones in different places because they can't be remembered. 1Password is a gift to anyone concerned about data security. What do you dislike? The privacy of the data stored, especially when it comes to US companies in a post-Snowden era, is always a concern. I also had a hard time figuring out if 1Password, that I already use and like, would fit into my company's organizational structure - seems more ...
