Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Before shortlisting 1Password, verify that the Mac app occasionally experiences responsiveness delays—check this directly in your demo on the devices your team uses most. I'd honestly probably pay more for this without complaining
What do you like best? The thing I like the most is the extensive cross-platform support What do you dislike? That I can't auto-fill in apps on Android from 1Password, but that isn't AgileBits' fault, it's the platform, and honestly for the better. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having many different complex and secure passwords. The benefits are that I now know that none of my ...

Indispensable app
What do you like best? I like how it auto integrates with all my regular websites. It accounts for the various criteria each website uses for password generation What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I don't like about the app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Security

Most likely the best password manager for most purposes
What do you like best? AgileBits appears to take security very seriously. At the same time, they have a whitepaper published online, which describes in great detail the individual security measures they’re taking. Being affine to infosec myself, I appreciate this openness a lot; their behavior actually helps make the product more secure, not less. What do you dislike? Although I’m on their Families plan, I’m not a fan of their subscription model at all. Worse, they appear to not support ...

Love 1 password for Mac, but not for winds
What do you like best? Works excellently with my mac machines. Love how everything is in one spot. What do you dislike? I also use it on Windows machines and the layout is nothing like my mac. It is very confusing and difficult to use versus what is on the mac What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I keep all my really useful info in none place

The best password manager I've found
What do you like best? This is really the premium experience, and exceeds those of other managers I used for a long time, like LastPass and Enpass. It has the nicest UI and extensions, good search, and great generation options. The built-in support for one-time passwords is nothing like I've ever seen. What do you dislike? The high price is likely to be a turn-off for a lot of folks, as I know it was for me for a long time. I've evaluated it, and now it's really hard to go back to any ...

Good stuff, recommended
What do you like best? Ease of use, intuitive interactions both in the app and within a web-browser, nice integration with OSX and iOS (I'm less familiar with Windows version, but have used it and am similarly pleased, seamless syncing between laptop and phone. What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind. The program has evolved and improved every year. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy management of multiple, complex and unique passwords.

The best password manager you can buy for the mac
What do you like best? I have both the mac and PC version of this software, but I'm primarily a Mac user and the windows version was a nice addon to have asI do have to work on a PC sometimes. The best thing is that I could buy it once and use it, I do not subscribe to the service and that option has not been taken away by the developer. Many developers leave their old users in the dust when they move to a subscription model. Another thing is that it just works and is constantly updated ...

A MUST-HAVE software suite.
What do you like best? With 1,200 unique logins I rely on this! What do you dislike? Needing to copy/paste username and passwords from the app on mobile. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pull the trigger and don't wait another day to start using 1Password. It will make your life so much easier in this day and age. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves me time and frustration. I can't imagine living without 1password in ...

Wonderful, worth every penny
What do you like best? Works everywhere, browser plugin, iOS app, macOS app. What do you dislike? Nothing, no complaints at all. It's very good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to have a secured document with all out passwords. 1Password makes it easy for us to have long, randomized password for every account, which we can easily change when necessary.

Ease: to use and for the mind.
What do you like best? 1. Password creation with desired elements. 2. Available on all my electronics. 3. Questions are readily handled by FAQs or the staff who are responsive, succinct and more importantly -- have a good sense of humor. What do you dislike? Perhaps the only weak link I see in 1Password, is the password for the program itself. On an iPhone a fingerprint is good; I wish that option would be available elsewhere in terms of security. Recommendations to others considering the ...
