Using the help feature
My daughter accidentally canceled my membership. I received EXCELLENT help getting it back and saving $ in the process. It took a few emails but the answers were always quick and very very helpful and polite. I use this app every day and was very grateful for the help I got. Thank you so much.

Great teamwork!!
The helpfulness of the team that supported me was great! Even though it was different people, they were able to step right in and help. The only critique I would have is that it was sometimes a little slow in response times, but I understand. Not a huge deal at all! Thanks!

I was looking for a trustworthy password manager
I was looking for a trustworthy password manager and because of good ratings, i moved to 1password. On top of that the onboarding was also really smooth from my last password manager, customer service was also great as they gave me great discount on my first bill
