1Password is indispensable

What do you like best? 1Password provides cross-device, cross-platform, synchronized password vaults that give highly customizable passwords. 2FA can also be managed within your vault, so it truly becomes a one-stop-shop. I like that 1Password protects all of this information with 256-bit encryption and allows the use of U2F like Yubikey. What do you dislike? Password generation can sometimes be a little tricky. In ideal circumstances, 1Password detects that you want to update an ...

Great except 1 Major Issue

What do you like best? This is on the surface a great password manager. It can store detailed data in encrypted notes as well as passwords. The multiple vaults option makes it easy to separate work from personal accounts. What do you dislike? However, there is one huge failure that is impossible to fix. 1Password does not easily support non cloud based sync between multiple computers. They mandate that you use their own servers to store sensitive password data. I don't care how safe ...

1Password, usability

What do you like best? Stores your complex difficult passwords in an easy-to-access way. What do you dislike? If you use "suggested password" to generate a new password, 1password does not automatically store this. It is too easy to set a password which you don't know, and which 1password did not store, and is forever lost. Very frustrating. Recommendations to others considering the product: Always capture the "Suggested password" before allowing it to be used on a website, ...

Happy customer for 12 years

What do you like best? I love that 1Password lets me centralize all my generated passwords, allows me to auto-fill logins in any browser (including apps on my phone), and acts as a 2FA authenticator. What do you dislike? I dislike how it's 2020 and so many still don't use a password manager to manage securely generated passwords. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1Password's Family and Team-sharing features make life easier, in ...

Secure and makes life easy

What do you like best? This's excellent software. I like the integration and also the browser with Android eight devices. I am certain my passwords are properly stored and this encourages me to produce really complex passwords that I am not obliged to remember any more which is truly awesome. What do you dislike? There's absolutely nothing to hate about it. They did a good job. Recommendations to others considering the product: As the individual responsible for the use of its, ...

An alright password manager

What do you like best? It works for the happy path. Outside of that, it's obscure and hard to use. What do you dislike? Prettiness was prioritized over the user experience. Difficult to get to account settings, or to view your overall vaults. Customizing password generation is impossible, difficult to figure out simple things like setting up 2-factor auth even when prompted. Overall prettier than other apps like Lastpass or Bitwarden (both of which I've used extensively, daily for ...

The best password manager for personal or enterprise

What do you like best? I've evaluated what seems to be every password manager out there. All of them have their own limitations, but I find 1password to be by far the best. The UX and management is so much cleaner and easier to use, you'll save a ton of time on user support. I also started using it for my personal use as well. What do you dislike? I don't like that there are two different chrome extension (one requiring an app and the other not). It causes user confusion during ...
