The service or app works great, I have used it for many through the years and never had any mayor issues and with the ones I have had the customer service helped me solve them.My only suggestion is to improve the speed of the customer service response times.I am really happy with this app and service!

1Password Support Saves The Day!

Dayton and the team monitoring Twitter were able to solve my sync issue within less than 24 hours. Amazing since most long standing companies make you jump through so many hoops just to be hungup on. The 1Password support team is exactly why I am happy to pay for my membership to keep all my passwords safe and secure!

I had the best experience of getting help from Josephine at support! Not only did I forget my password but I also forgot to save my secret key. Josephine have been such help with guiding me through the process of moving all my passwords and creating a new family account and then moving our already paid yearly subscription to the new account. The journey have been long and they have been with me the whole time making sure that I have completed all the steps. Without them I would have been lost!

What do you like best? The capacity to develop, store as well as examine all passwords in a single program is excellent. You don't need to recall a huge number of passwords. Encryption works much better. It is excellent to be in force to purchase programs, therefore you just need to buy them once, not each and every month.
