Excellent software with great support

I have been using 1Password for several years now and recently upgraded to the subscription version. I am generally not a fan of subscription software, however in this case I can make an exception. I started using 1P near the very beginning just because I thought it was a smarter way to organize my ever expanding numbers of passwords and logins. Little did I know how absolutely critical this app would become. What do you like best? 1Password is super intuitive for both administrators as well as end users. We can have granular group permissions on a vault, which is awesome. The apps are super slick and moving items between vaults or even accounts has always been a very slick experience. What do you dislike? Without the SCIM bridge, provisioning users is kind of a pain. Even so, with it you can't do a native SCIM connection, you need to set up a tool in AWS or Azure to perform that sync, ...

User since day 1. Very happy.

What do you like best? I like the simplicity it offers. Even our non-techy colleagues use it now and rarely run into issues where they can't figure out how it works. That's not an easy thing to do, so kudo's for the team. The lighthouse feature is also great, informing us of security breaches and reused passwords. This probably saved us a bunch of times already. Outstanding support

The Support team of Mercedes, Trace and Frank were very helpful - they gave concrete steps, asked great questions that helped me understand the system and were VERY patient. It works!

By far the poorest password manager…

By far the poorest password manager ever. It almost never fills in a login. It is difficult to edit. It requires login with master password every time. Just a total waste of time. Getting rid of it is even harder. Don't waste money on this.

My saved items disappeared from view

My saved items disappeared from view. I have been using 1Password for about 6 months now. All my important passwords are stored there.I somehow exited my account and was unable to see my passwords. I eventually found my way to 1Password support, and with the help of a support technician was able to log back in.I highly recommend their support feature.tom

I've been using 1Password for a few years and think that it is great. It is easy to make strong, unique passwords for all of your accounts. I use it on a number of devices and haven't had a problem. I really like Watchtower, it is a great feature, especially with the integration with haveibeenpwned. Finally, the support is first rate. If you have any questions or queries, they get back to you with clear, simple answers. Can't recommend it enough.
