Duncan did a fantastic resolving (what I thought was) a gnarly problem about being double billed. Apple was billing me for 1password while being directly subscribed to 1password. On top of that, he credited my account for the double payment. Thank you Duncan and Alex.

Upgrade? Installation failed.
Decided to update from 1Pw 6. Downloaded 1Pw 7, ran the installer and then got message that installation had failed. Not good.

Love this app and recommend it all the time. The one thing I can't wait for 1Password to improve is the autofill features on a website. It is crazy easy to be inside the 1Password app and click the open and fill link, but to go to the website first and ask 1Password to fill from there.... maybe I'm doing it wrong even with the browser add-on but this isn't easy. Otherwise, I love this app and recommend it everyday =) Genius!

1password is a must have for any company serious about security
What do you like best? As a long term customer since the beta, 1password has been easy to use and has dramatically improved our security posture. Novice users have picked up very quickly how to use and over a short time it just becomes second nature to use. 1password has changed the culture how people manage and share passwords and is an invaluable tool. What do you dislike? The sharing of individual passwords is not as easy as sharing vaults, but thats being picky. What problems ...

Could not be better
I have been with 1Password for many years. Because I am not as tech savvy I had occasion to use their tech support on more than one occasion. Although it has always been very good, I found that 1Password is constantly improving it. It still amazes me how many people I talk to know nothing about it. Not only the tech support has improved over the years, but the program has also. No question about this. Special thanks to Michael Carlyle who helped this time.Thank you very muchBill Gronke
