too many vaults, not enough time
I had some problems syncing my various vaults. My tech support agent was perfect, repeating my experience and providing me with a quick and expedient solution.

I love this app but everytime there's…
I love this app but everytime there's an update, it stops working on my Chrome browser and no matter what I do, I can't get it to work with the extension. I'm on the latest version of both 1Password and Chrome.

Keyboard strokes and Locked out
I can't figure out the keyboard strokes to get in, what are they? I keep getting locked out through the day and I set it to 300 minutes, have to keep logging in. What am I doing wrong?Update - I was using the web version of 1Password and should have been using the Mac version. All is good now. Thanks Zak. Now I can see all the controls I need.

Outstanding customer support
1password is a fantastic product in its own right but their customer support is even better. They are fast and efficient but more importantly friendly to communicate with. True customer service is sometimes a lost art, but not in this case.

Excellent password manager that works…
Excellent password manager that works in all types of environments, with desktops/laptops/mac's, Apple products, Android products and more. on mobile devices it works with both the browsers as well as apps that need password support.

Awesome Service and Product
What do you like best? This allows us to securely store passwords and secrets that can be accessed by teams, in a secure and easy to use way. What do you dislike? This product is great, just waiting for more SSO vendors to start recognizing their protocols so we can have full SAML with our single sign on providers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Security, and sharing secrets with people in a secure, auditable way.

incompatibility between phone and laptop versions?
I have always liked 1Password. I have been a fan for many years and I have always told all my friends and family that this was my password manager of choice (and being in IT, I rely on it a lot and people do heed my advice on it). I bought the licence for my iPhone 4s and for my Mac a "few" years ago, before the subscription was even a thought.
