Open and Fill Issue
I have been using 1Password for at least ten years and a Mac/iPhone/iPad owner for more than that. I am very satisfied with 1Password’s “Fort Knox” strong security. With Mac’s upgrades from OS X to current Catalina I encountered technical issue with 1Password’s open and fill extension program. For the first time, I wrote customer support of my problem and got very prompt response and resolved my issue. I must say I am impressed with the service, which is friendly and effective.

1Password vs. iCloud Keychain
1Password has done such a better job managing my important information than iCloud Keychain from apple. Apple accidentally wiped ALL of my 260 passwords, but I love that 1Password keeps all of my data secure on all my devices without the possibility of losing it all. I can't suggest it enough.

I think that was the best customer service that I have ever received. I was really lost trying to convert my Mac and my ios devices to 1Password 7. I started working with Trace for a day and then Dayton for the rest of the time. I appreciate the support and the commitment by the support people to work with me until my problem was solved!

I am an old Apple programmer and have…
I am an old Apple programmer and have been using 1Password since the first version. I have used other apps on my non mac machines in the past and none come close to the feature set of 1P. Although I am not a huge fan of subscription-based models, I really like the flexibility of their services, and what is more important than keeping 100's of passwords safe and easily accessible. I do have to say that I needed customer service recently and they were prompt, helpful, and knowledgable. A very ...

Easy Password Management for Work and Personal
What do you like best? Easy of use and provided security for all needed passwords in an organization, individual (both in work and personal) We have a lot of shared accounts amongst different teams, so the ability to file passwords to shared/private/public folders affords better efficiency. Also, the ability to auto-generate one time passwords is a great benefit for admins who may not want constant notifications for one time passwords (via email, mobile, etc) What do you dislike? ...

The concept of vaults is nice, but sometimes I wish it was easier to reorganize. Overall, it get's the job done.
