Absolutely essential software!
What do you like best? 1Password is fully integrated across all my devices: iMac, Macbook, iPhone and iPad. The password generator makes it easy to create strong passwords. Autofill makes it easy to login everywhere. The Chrome and Safari plugins make it even easier. What do you dislike? I'd like it if 1Password had more categories and had more intuitive labels. Awesome customer service!
I started with LastPass. That was a disaster! Pathetic customer service. I switched to 1Password. Awesome customer service team! Prompt, complete, easy to understand responses to my questions. Friendly people who get how to take care of their users! I’d recommend 1Password to everybody!

Stellar Customer Service
Recently, I subscribed to 1Password7 after having been a user of this service (passed versions) for a number of years. Always loved this app and wished to insure I had the latest functionality by subscribing. I did so, but for some reason (later explained to me) I could not open 1Password7 on my MAC. I emailed (on a Saturday) Customer Service, and received a reply from Jason and from Duncan. Apparently there was a glitch between my iTunes account and 1Password where the information did not ...

Perfect usability really makes password…
Perfect usability really makes password security and 2FA easy. Support is interested in any problems that occur and fixes them fast. Just got my business to get 1Password which safed me a lot of time. No more resetting because some collegue forgot the password again ;)

Not working for me
This is my second free trial. I cannot get master password to work. Staff is friendly when they write back but basically the message I hear is "just use this link to take you to a spot where you enter your master password" which of course has not worked multiple times. Last night it worked once and took me to a site where I had to enter my master password. The other issue is that it does not confirm keystrokes the way many sites do where they confirm the keystrike for a second before going ...
