Truly an amazing app and service
Truly an amazing app and service. Probably the most useful app I use on the Mac and my iPhone/iPad. Developers take security seriously and are always working to improve the program. Service and the forums are excellent too.

The BEST support team ever!
I recommend 1Password as a tool to manage the ever-growing number of login credentials we all need. It's flexible to store all your digital details, even software licenses, wireless network details, memberships and more, besides your logins. I'm kind of shocked at the learning…
I'm kind of shocked at the learning curve to get 1Password set up and working. While I trust the security, I find the U/X and functionality could use some serious improvement. I work in Digital Media and consider myself digitally savvy, yet have had numerous painful sessions running into issues. Lack of chat support also is a bummer.

Best User-Friendly Password Manager Out There!
Been using 1Password for little over 2 years now, the UI is much easier to use as compared to other password managers I’ve tried, I’m using it on the Apple ecosystem exclusively so if you’re on other platforms your experience may vary. They update the apps really quickly when newly supported features announced during WWDC get revealed or when the release build come out. Overall no complaints, perhaps one feature request would be for 1Password to ‘know’ the password limits like “30 max ...

After using 1Password for many years…
After using 1Password for many years (460 saved passwords) I was having major problems trying to upgrade from #6 to #7. I went to the support page and got a link with a fellow named Trace. Well, he was wonderful. It was quite complicated and took a long time but he hung in there with my struggles and finally we got everything working beautifully. Major HOORAH for Mr. Trace. He deserves a GOLD STAR award or something.

The best thing you can get for your parents or grandparents.
Do yourself a big favour. My son recommended I get 1Password 3 years ago, I'm 68 and it's easily the best tech decision I've made. When the time inevitably comes when you have to access Dad's bank accounts, email and Facebook, online subscriptions, find the deeds to the property, it'll all be in 1Password.
