Customer service plays a huge part in the success of a company. What do you like best? 1Password is easy and integrates with computers and browsers (and smartphones and tablets) to quickly and easily manage passwords, software licenses, and more. Also, has a feature to make sure passwords that are reused or common are flagged to help you keep things more secure. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I have used 1Password for both personal use and professional use. From a professional standpoint, I enjoyed having the ability to have passwords accessible to everyone on my team through shared folders. Trouble Getting Support by an Average Home User

I have used a standalone version of 1Password for at least 10 years. I have an average knowledge of technology. Definitely not a techie. While using the standalone version, I ran into problems and was extremely frustrated with the support I received. The only way to access support was email, Support Forums, and tutorials. Not happy with the hard push into membership model. Everything in the software is confusing and difficult without a membership. I have been using 1Password for about a decade and will move to Bitwarden now.
