worst customer service. Unstable to contact the support, I can not access my account, sent many email and messages they never reply.

Impressed with the customer service I received!
After using 1Password since 2014 with a one-time fee, I needed to switch my family over to the newer subscription model. Working with me over a few days, customer service walked me through the process in a cordial and professional way. Thank you very much!

Good UI, great customer service
So far I have really enjoyed using one password. It gives me a possibility to use the service on all my devices, as well as 2FA. In addition I've been in contact with their customer service who takes security seriously, and is very helpful. Additionally it has an intuitive User interface, which I missed on open source password managersy that I have used before. Can only recommend.

A very helpful support team - grateful thanks
I created a problem for myself when I updated from 1Password 3 to 1Password7. And then I deleted everything I could find on my Mac about 1Password 3. Note to self: don’t do that again. So I emailed Support, having pretty low expectations cos that’s been my experience with other apps. Well, this was a VERY different experience - thanks Joshua, Dayton and Trace. The Gold Standard!
Hands down the BEST password managing app and service ever! Switched from Dashlane, was a user of their app and services for 4 years, 2 of which I was a Premium Plus member. With countless attempts to solve issues I was having and features being removed, I grew tiresome of the overly priced service with lackluster experience.
