A great product for home and enterprise

What do you like best? That 1Password is easy to use with multiple options to access one's vault. Administration is similarly simple and can be controlled through AD Security Groups for RBAC. A close second is that an Enterprise contract gives our users access to home use as well allowing our users to keep up good security practices for their home accounts as well. What do you dislike? 1Password has been an excellent companion. We've been able to include a wide swath of our family to a family plan, which has made the subscriptions very economical.

1Password needs work to be truly great. I’m moving on ....

I tried 1Password for several months on my pc’s, iPad and iPhone. It worked fine for all the pws/sites I imported. It has a stylish interface appearance too. However, It did a very poor job of saving new sites. When I sign up, enter my user name and PO for 1st time, i almost never got an option to add the site/PO to 1Password. Great product and service

I've been a long-time user of 1Password 6, who ran into some issues making the conversion to 1Password 7. The support staff at 1Password was amazing and resolved all issues for me. Mercedes and Trace, with whom I worked, are rock stars. Their step-by-step instructions were easy to follow. They were super patient with me when I made mistakes. Their follow-ups were often immediate or within 12 hours at most. I love the product, but loved the service even more. It makes me feel very good to ...

1Password is the best password manager…

1Password is the best password manager I've used. It's extremely slick and has never failed me. It's extremely convenient that it also stores one-time passwords, and the native apps are all extremely well done, supporting native features well (not some cheap cross-platform app).

I want to commend Tommy Hightower

I want to commend Tommy Hightower. I had multiple versions of 1password, on multiple devices and none were synced, and they all had different information.It took weeks and weeks of back and forth, with Tommy giving me excellent, detailed instructions in each email. I never thought I'd be able to get all the information consolidated and updated into one single account. Tommy had a "can do" attitude the entire time that gave me the confidence that I could actually accomplish the tasks. He was ...
