I recently purchased a new iPhone and when I downloaded my apps to the new phone some of them did not work. I was unable to log into a favourite app of mine, 1Password. I tried to figure it out to no avail. I contacted 1Password and they emailed a suggestion on how to fix it. I wasn’t able to get it to work, probably because I was so frustrated with the issues with my new phone. I was very surprised when Jasmine followed up to see if my issue was resolved or if I needed further assistance!! ...

Excellent password manager with great support

I have used 1Password for many years on MacBook and iOS devices. I keep both passwords and notes on it. I've always found it worked seemlessly. The Watchtower has recently helped get rid of duplicate passwords (personal gripe: those sites that insist on a name and password when it's not necessary and I'm never likely to visit them again).The 1Password support team have been excellent, always responding quickly and helpfully. I love the app. It is easy to use, integrates well with my iphone web browsers, and has become a secure and easily accessible vault for much more than just passwords. Of equal importance, their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue where I'd accidentally set up two separate accounts.
