Intuitive interface and available on all devices I currently use: Macbook, Ipad Pro, and an Android phone. I found the interface to be far more usable than BitWarden. Multiple vaults are a nice feature to categorize credentials.

1PasswordX extension download in Chrome Browser

Downloading the 1Password exe file onto my task bar was easy. However, I initially had some difficulty downloading the 1PasswordX extension onto my Chrome browser. The uTube help video assumes a smooth installation of the extension. I did get a quick response from support at Password1 .... I then tried again to download the 1PasswordX extension onto my browser, and it worked! When I clicked the extension icon (in Browser) I could see 1PasswordX, and I just needed to click on the 'pin' to ...

when it works it is great but often it is clunky and frustrating to create a new login or it won't auto fill on websites you use all the time. On the iPhone it does have a list of all your logins and passwords but it is incredibly hard to use. Having to copy and paste usernames and passwords seems like a crappy workaround for a program that should integrate with the iPhone. Over all it is better than nothing but I am rapidly getting fed up after 3 years of using it.

Not user friendly

Been using FaceID to open 1Password, then without warning I suddenly have to use my master password to gain access. Well, I set up FaceID to unlock the app SO I DIDN'T NEED the master password. There was NO WARNING, such as--"master password required in 5 days". Nope. One minute FaceID, the next master password. Customer service--"Did you try everything you could think of? We can't help". Gee, thanks.

Amazing

Amazing. Been using for years. Pinnacle of performance and trustworthiness.

The OS integration, the flow and simplicity of managing passwords, storing all forms of sensitive details and documents (not only passwords) that you might want to keep safe, and the beautiful 1Password Security Design white paper is what keeps me coming back with a smile.

I've been using 1password for many years. I've used competitors like LastPass but usability of 1password far surpasses it. Highly recommend.
