I have used the 1Password product for over 10 years, originally as a single user and now upgraded to a Family plan. The product has seen updates that make it more useful and delightful to use. I recommend all family members and friends use the product for proper password hygiene and save the headaches that go along with trying to manage the ever growing list. Fantastic Password Saving App! I can't say enough good things about 1Password - I don't know how I lived without it. I love how easy it is to have 1Password on my phone, tablet, and web browser. I love that I can share it with my family. I just upgraded my phone to an iPhone…

I just upgraded my phone to an iPhone 11 and was not able to get my 1password account transferred over by myself. When I contacted the helpline I got an immediate response with the directions on how to recover my information from my iCloud. As a guy that is half Scottish himself I was thrilled to be able to save himself the cost of a new account! Help desk guys were friendly and efficient, will definitely recommend this company.

I had to update my stand alone five year old 1Password 6, and was pleasantly surprised to find how responsive my Support Specialist was to my many questions and concerns about options and transfer of data. I had hoped to avoid needing a subscription, but ultimately understood it to be my best option. I was led through the process with clear instructions, and grateful to find how easy it was. This is a very easy review. I have been with 1Password for as long as I can remember. If I had to guess 8 to 10 years. They are always making improvements which makes it very easy to use. I have the individual account and It sync’s my MacBook Pro, IPad and iPhone. If you ever need help there support system is awesome.
