Family version
For years I use 1Password. I thought it was better so sign up for 1password families. I needed support in setting up and migrate to the family version. Very quick responses and especially Intan Soraya of the support team helped to understand how things had to be done. 3 people now happily joining and 1 will come shortly I think.

AWFUL
AWFUL, installation process as I was upgrading from 1Password6. I am on day 5 and they still can not fix the issues. I have requested a phone call as I have wasted to much time and they say no feasible. Be careful!!ZAK, I PROVIDED THE DIASNOTIC FILE AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. USING EMAIL AS THE ONLY METHOD FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS IS INEFFICIENT! PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER FOR SOMEONE TO CALL AND GET ASSISTANCE!

Great software; misleading billing
Great software, but there are free alternatives from Google and Apple that are similarly good, unless you have devices from both ecosystems. Borderline fraudulent billing, showing you "monthly price" when you're in fact paying twelve times the amount and adding VAT on top of the amount you're paying without informing you.
