Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Before shortlisting 1Password, verify that the Mac app occasionally experiences responsiveness delays—check this directly in your demo on the devices your team uses most. The Most Essential Piece of Software on my Workstation
What do you like best? The true value of 1Password is that it removes my hesitation to cut security and privacy corners. With 1P I feel empowered to create a million accounts everywhere. I feel free to ignore sign-in integration services that "save time" in exchange for lower security and privacy. I feel enabled to change any potentially compromised credentials without fear of forgetting deeply memory-ingrained passwords. I feel free to make passwords very hard to crack even though they ...

It sucks
It sucks! Here is new amazing software; promptly removed itself from Safari and cannot get it back. Can't open web sites from main One Password page; getting really, really, really tired of typing secret key. It was working before! Quit screwing with it!

Great Experience!
What do you like best? Great app UI across devices. It makes it easy to manage unique passwords across all accounts. The built in 2FA, and Credit Card support is a nice bonus. What do you dislike? It could use a more streamlined login via the Firefox plugin. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to have secure unique passwords for all my accounts.

Mostly easy to use, some confusion between app & web
What do you like best? Very easy to find all associated passwords and make instant login that much faster. Acts as an "all-in-one" password solution. Overall I definitely recommend it, especially for cross-functional teams to use. What do you dislike? The Google Chrome extension hasn't seemed to work in awhile in terms of letting you "type" in your master password. To go around this, I type the password elsewhere and copy/paste into the extension. However, this is only in the ...

Thoroughly enjoy 1Password
What do you like best? The convenience and security. Apps work well on all platforms. What do you dislike? Occasionally mobile app/web forms will not auto fill. Occasionally the iphone app will require typing the master password rather than accepting a finger print. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increasing the level of security across out accounts and safely sharing passwords between team members.

One Password Review
What do you like best? Autofill - makes life SO SIMPLE Password creation - again making life simple What do you dislike? It takes a bit of set up, and sometimes retrieving your master key is hard. When One Password auto-creates your passwords, it wont be something you'll ever remember making it hard to sign in on a different device. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping all passwords for the tools my department uses in ...
