I have been using 1Password for several years

I have been using 1Password for several years and have loved having such a reliable app to use on my PC, iPad and iPhone.In the last month I purchased a new Mac to replace my PC and a new iPhone, and had difficulty getting them to all work together. I am not technologically proficient, to say the least!I was very impressed with the 1 Password staff who helped me step by step to get it all 3 gadgets working together correctly!Thank you 1 Password problem solvers!!!

Extremely poor instructions

Well i have not been able to even get going with this manager. It is so unclear as to how to get the icon going in my browser. The instructions are appallingly absent. Perhaps when i do get it going i might like the manager better but be prepared to be confused and frustrated.

it works, but it's clunky

it works. but it's clunky. it doesn't work that well on Android, or in all browsers. editing things is SUPER clunky. when generating a password and later making that a "login" you have to edit > save > edit again > click on "convert to login"that being said, it works. and it's not super expensive.

I could not survive without this app

I could not survive without this app. My entire life is in 1Password, and I've even started using it as my Authenticator app for two-factor authentication. I never thought of myself of needing that level of security, but because it's so easy to implement and use on my devices, there's no reason not to.

Could not live without this

Could not live without this! I keep absolutely all of my important information in 1password. When I need an insurance policy #, or my son's social security number, it's all there at the tip of my fingers. It's amazing value for the price.

1Password is my MUST HAVE

I have been using. 1Password for several years and never want to be without it! Today's computing requires us to use a plethora of passwords which are impossible to remember and not safe to simply commit to paper.1Password is the answer as it not only stores application and network passwords or logins, it safely stores payment options, notes, license numbers etc . I could not manage my personal and professional life without this very special software.

My comment is about 1Password's support team. They are responsive, committed to providing answers to one's questions, and very helpful in providing links to useful information. I'm not a very technological person so I very much appreciate the prompt online support.
