Hideous icon and difficult to locate

Not user-friendly and the new icon is hideous and difficult to locate. Why did they change it??? There was nothing wrong with the previous version and icon.

I couldn't be happier with 1Password

I couldn't be happier with 1Password. Every time I require any assistance at all, I get it quickly and effectively. Absolutely everything about this product and the people who work for the company are perfect in every way. All of the staff listen to feedback, are quick and understanding in solving issues, and make dealing with 1Password a (very rare) pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

Love this app - makes MacBook-and-iPhone life super easy!

Using 1Password was my husband's idea, as we have a lot of joint accounts and were in that horrible cycle of resetting the password then texting the other to get the code etc etc etc! Now we have everything secure. Also, 1Password's customer service is incredible; I worked with Mercedes and she solved my problem super fast and easily. A totally positive experience!

Sarcastic staff and high pressure sales tactics

After being a loyal customer, I've been sorely disappointed with them since they moved away from 1Password6. Even the customer support is sarcastic and unhelpful.Everything they now do is meant to force you into a paid subscription program so they can extract as much money out of you as possible.Most recently their site suggested I download a free trial of their version 7 software, only for it to then upgrade my password data vault (without asking me) to a version which is now no longer ...

Phenomenal customer service

Phenomenal customer service, an amazing set of products, and incredibly secure. As long as you are aware that you're never getting your passwords back if you've lost your master password (that's a feature, not a bug!) then I doubt you'll be unsatisfied.
