Hi. I've had a problem with my account being frozen and was unable to access my account as I should. Well the 1password support team was extremely helpful and professional to me in this regard and I got my issue fixed super quickly. All thanks to Laura's immediate response on the issue. Been using 1password for about two years now, I would definitely recommend it. Regards

The Support Staff for 1Password is awesome. As a"newbie", I need to be fed instructions clearly with an explanation. The staff walked me through my needs and never gave on me. The 1Password program is also awesome. I use it faithfully and never have to worry about an incorrect password. Thank you 1Password - Program and Support Staff.

You guys have upended how this works

You guys have upended how this works. I got a new phone and switched phone OSes... the whole process of going from totally stand alone to subscription has ruined my week. Please get your s*** together. On iPad I could fingerprint or use my password. On MacOS i could only use my fingerprint. On the new phone... it just didn't have a clue. And your website reads like stereo instructions. And I couldn't export anything because of the circular nature of your security. Used to be a die hard ...

VERY confusing to set up

VERY confusing to set up! It is probably great if I could figure out how to use this!! There are no instructions that seem to work or to take you through the entire process of setup. The system is taking me in circles so that I have wound up downloading it more than once. Not clear if I use windows and Chrome - do I download the app for Chrome or for windows or both? Also, when I went to log in on a different computer it made me create a NEW master password - are there wupposed to be ...

My attempt at installing is a confusing experience! After years of using 1password, I am told the latest version is not allowed on my computer! The most important 1password can make is to offer us users a person to speak to. Your email does not always work to help the customer. Please think about it.

Stress-free, secure management of passwords

1Password has been a life saver! I feel so much better now, having secure passwords and not having to stress about memorizing them. I also love that I can set up two-factor authentication through the app for extra security. Everything about it is just super convenient, well thought out, and fairly cheap for all of the features it packs. I don't mean to sound like an advertisement, but I just really like how super organized and secure it feels. Definitely my favorite password manager. But ...
