I had a great experience with 1Password support! I have been using 1Password for a long time and find it very easy. However, I originally bought a stand alone vault, and they became no longer supported, so I switched to a monthly subscription and all seemed fine, until my husband wanted to get on, so I bought a family plan. Super useful app
Super useful app! Every feature they build is easy to use and seamless to integrate into my life. Don't ever feel like using logins online is slower because I use 1Password, which is perfect. Integrates on all my devices too which I love. Keep up the great work!

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! The annual subscriptions are charged without any notice or warning. If you buy the annual subscription put it on your calendar so you can know when it's going to hit.

Automatic Subscriptions without Notice
This unfortunately may still be a common business practice in tech products - you'll only receive notice of your subscription renewing post charge. As other reviewers have said, note in your calendar and also check your jurisdiction. A bit of a bummer given I have been using a competitor's product for 11 months due to ease of use.

I've used 1Password for many years
I've used 1Password for many years, and really appreciate all it does to make my computer life easy and secure. I recently upgraded to the subscription version, and had several tech support questions. I sent an email, and received a very prompt response from one of the support specialists (Mark) - not an automated response with "knowledge base links". He was efficient, thorough, and addressed all my questions in a very individualized, straight-forward manner. Very refreshing!

Horrible
Horrible, dismal, nothing works. Unable to log in after two hours of Faqs scanning QR's and such. Sick of this, frankly.
