Never let us down and invaluable
Used 1Pass for many years now (a decade?). Not once has there been issues. Not only that but now we have a teenager, the family account is a treat. It has sped up countless transactions at homes work and while travelling. While overseas, we use a separate ‘travel’ vault with convenient copies of passport, credit card and other sensitive data –just in case– and that has proved invaluable on a number of occasions when in a tight spot without luggage or hard-copy documents.

I have been a 1Password user for many…
I have been a 1Password user for many years. This has been an excellent way of keeping my passwords secure and safe. I recently had an occurrence of needing support because I had unknowingly created 2 accounts. Perhaps my memory is getting a bit weaker. haha. A very helpful support hobbit got me on the right track and everything is great. Very quick positive support Thanks to the 1Passport team.

Don't live without it.
A great company and service! Couldn't live in this digital age or run an online business without it. Highly recommend 1Password and the convenience, peace of mind security and seamless user experience offered!

Security is important, don't settle for anything less than the best
The service itself works perfectly, and does everything you could want it to. The multitude of security features, built-in password generator, etc all work great. I anticipate using them for the long term.1Password particularly shines in the simply outstanding customer service department, and that's really where you get what you pay for! I've honestly never had such a great customer service experience; it felt more like I was emailing a tech-savvy friend who was anxious to help, rather than ...
