It's not great and the support is very poor. I wait weeks for half baked replies that do not help. There are free password managers like Bitwarden that have much better features and support.UPDATE: Wow, I got a reply within 10 minutes of leaving a negative review. It seems leaving a one star review is the most effective way to contact 1Password.

Great all-around password manager.
Great all-around password manager.Secure access with optional 2FA/MFA. Store many many passwords and easily access them from any registered and authenticated devices.Does exactly as you would expect/hope and I 100% recommend this to anyone out there without a password manager at present.

Cannot imagine my everyday life without…
Cannot imagine my everyday life without 1Password and have been using it for years now. Feeling relieved to not have to worry about any of my passwords and being able to Autofill logins with just one click. Switched to the Family account. Very user friendly app! Huge thanks to the team behind it.

Unable to log in to 1Password today.
I love 1Password and use it constantly. However, today while using a different machine I am unable to log in. I reinstalled the app (1Password 7), scanned in my code and transcribed my Secret Key and Master Password from the emergency access sheet (although did that by scanning in from the Mac's camera successfully), yet but my credentials are rejected. Fortunately I am logged in on my iPhone, my iPad, and others, so I am not totally out of luck. But something is seriously not working as it ...

Amazing software
Amazing software. Have been using it for several years and happy with it the entire way through. What’s more, they keep updating it to make it better and better with each version.Had a billing question recently and got in touch with their customer support team. My agent, Alina, was friendly, professional, and helpful the entire way through, and my issue was resolved in less than a day.Can’t recommend 1Password—the software and the people—highly enough!

I was disappointed not to be able to talk with someone about my issue but the email response from Arturo Aubry in the Mexico City help center was outstanding.
