1Password Technical Support is Super
1Password has been a must-have app on my various devices for a number of years. When I recently had an issue on my iPad after changing my email address, I began working with JD Lewin. JD left no stone unturned to help me identify and resolve the issue, especially his patient replies to clarify one step or the other. The issue was resolved successfully.

Great product and great support
The 1Password team always has great customer support. I have been using this for many years, almost since the product began. I recommend you to everyone I know because the product is great and you are very customer focused which is very important to me. I rarely have to use them because the product is very intuitive. Great product
Great product, works smoothly, really nice UI and UX. Had an issue previously and it was quickly dealt with by the team. I evaluated other password managers before choosing 1Password - you can't go wrong.

It saves me tons of time not to reset…
It saves me tons of time not to reset passwords I have forgotten and keeps my accounts safe as I can have individual complex passwords I no longer need to remember.

I am totally confused
I am totally confused. The instructions do not appear to be intended fro people who are not highly digitally savvy. "Open this app, download on that device, get your secret key..." I'm lost.
