I am new to 1Password and find your explanations extraordinarily hard to follow. The one common problem is that you fail to identify which accounts, which apps, which preferences. You simply say Accounts, or Preferences, etc. My computer and browsers have more than one Accounts lists, or Preference lists. I am struggling with this, trying to set up my account, figure out how to log in on my computer or add new apps, where to find the scan code, and how to apply it.

It started after I installed some malicious software (I should have done a search for reviews first, but I didn't... lesson learned)... the software could not be completely removed, and it began attacking my system (MacOS Catalina)... 1Password was hit to where it was not working correctly. Fast forward to the next day and put in a request for help from the 1Password support team. I was lucky that Laura Rooke got my case. She spent almost 2 weeks trying to hep me figure out what was wrong; ...

Appalling customer service

30 hours after calling for help to unblock my frozen 1Password account, I am still waiting for a response. Like so many users of this excellent product, much of my life is stored here. I write this review in desperation following Trustpilot's statement that 1Password typically responds to negative reviews in 24 hours. Here's hoping!

An excellent application! Easy to use, can be used on different devices, it syncs perfectionally. I also want to emphasize the support. I first installed 1Password on my iPhone but had some problems during the registration (the server was not reachable), when trying the second time I got the error message that the email address is already in use and I should try with another one. You cannot hide your password when you're generating it. If someone is watching your screen, with or without you knowing it, then they get to see all of your so called "secure" passwords rendering them useless.LastPass has the same problem.This should be illegal. EVERYONE should be able to secure a password that no one, and I mean NO ONE, not the FBI, CIA, NSA, NO ONE, can see or hack.You jerks have WAY TOO MUCH POWER.
