1Password Support hit another home run

Trevor was super helpful with my request to delete my old 1Password account so that I can add my preferred email address to my existing subscription. Every time I've reached out to you all for assistance, you've knocked it out of the park. Thanks Trevor and the 1Password team!

When using 1 Password across multiple devices, operating systems, and browser types, there's bound to be something that can go wrong. When it does, 1 Password support is always available via email or other channels. On the rare occasion that I need them, they are fast, friendly, and reliable. quick and effective support

I've used 1Password for several years and like it a lot. I had trouble installing it on a new Mac, but one email to 1Password support elicited a quick response that got me up and running. Couldn't be happier with the product and the service. :-)

I've used 1Password for a lot of years. The product is fine and does what it claims. Customer service could be the worst I've ever seen, so long as you have a standard issue you should be good. Upgrading from a previous version to their new subscription model is a problem, and their ticketing system seems to be geared more toward closing tickets than solving customer problems. Frozen Account

My account was frozen and I emailed support, I was helped by Michelle Robertson she was extremely helpful following up with what went wrong, my payment had gone to account that was not active she was able to credit it to the right account. Michelle is a credit to your company, she kept me updated as she resolved the problem nothing seemed to be a problem to her. Would definitely recommend Ipassword to friends based on the awesome customer service I received.Thank you

Slightly complicated and very pricey

Slightly complicated to use and maintain. Lots of app options and various pricing configurations. I've been a long time 1P user from the beginning. It has become very pricey compared to other options, but I'm so ingrained into the app culture that it's difficult to switch. If you are starting on a password manager journey I suggest to look closely at all other options before committing to 1P. The high pricing keeps me looking for alternatives even though there may be fewer features.

I have used 1Password in the past but just signed up for a subscription because it stopped syncing my devices. I'm very frustrated because I can't get this version to sync with safari. It won't fill and open websites nor capture passwords when I create them with safari. Not sure what the problem is but I have spent a couple of hours trying to figure it out which is frustrating.

On a laptop I hadn't used for quite a while I found 1Pass would not open. Contacted support and within hours I received a message asking for more details, followed up by a second tier of support. She walked me through the steps to remove a old version of 1Pass and reinstall. The user support for 1Pass is stellar!

I specifically wanted an easy to use password manager. 1password is extremely difficult to begin using. Both my husband, who is extremely familiar with computers, and myself have made no headway with understanding this program or setting it up after hours of trying.
