Great Product, Great Support
I've used 1Password for a long time and have recently had to utilize their support services. I was greeted, helped, and resolved my issue in under an hour or so of emailing originally. I highly recommend the product as i've been using it for many years, but likewise recommend reaching out to their support team as they were awesome.

Misplaced Password
I had misplaced my master password and had to have assistance in getting back up to speed. Ben Chan and Melicia Hewitt were fantastically helpful in walking me through the steps I needed to do. They made it extremely easy for me. Their service was outstanding!

You made me a believer!
I was convinced that using a password vault would not work well with my mix of iOS and Windows. I could not have been more wrong. 1Password does everything it claims with ease. I created a family account. My spouse and I each have a private vault plus a shared vault for common accounts like banking. It took a little time to work through resetting all the weak and reused passwords I had. Now I have zero reused passwords. All system generated and I don't have to remember any of them. Chrome, ...

Above and beyond support!
I had a really obscure problem where a 3rd party app was causing Password to malfunction. Definitely not 1Password’s fault, but they still worked with me on a resolution. Amazing!

Dependence is necessary sometimes
I’ve become totally dependent on 1Password, unfortunately which is not good for my brain but good for keeping track of your passwords. One problem I have is that when I change a password on my phone, the change is not automatically made on my iPad also. I have to physically make the change myself on both.
