The best password manager I know
The best password manager I know with a great support team. I use it since several years now and am absolutely satisfied. Definitely worth the money 😀

Customer Service
I am middle aged and not so great at tech. I was having some trouble setting up 1Password initially. The customer service was excellent and walked me through the process. Additionally, there is quite a few videos on features of the app that made it even easier. Thank you!

I have used 1 Password since 2014
I have used 1 Password since 2014. With the cascade of passwords that I have to use I don't know how I'd manage without it. I recently got a new phone and found that I was having trouble transferring my data. I had been stubbornly hanging on to my old user license, since I only had to pay for it once, not once a year. it took me few days to convert to free…
it took me few days to convert to free family account. I was stuck and was not able to fill out the web forms. Hope 1password team can fix the issues soon

Forgeting passwords is mainly my “thing”. That is why I started to use 1pass. However it would not be me if i haven’t forget my master pass to 1password. Luckily for me, 1password hase very nicely prepared all possible scenarios and well trained CS members. As a person professionaly involved in customer support I was very supprised how smootles and helpful communication they have. One of best experiences!Thank you
