Excellent App, Amazing Customer Support!
I've been using 1Password for years - first on iOS, and slowly, they've provided clients for every device I use - including linux. I recently contacted support for a very specific, niche linux issue and the support team worked through the issue diligently until it was resolved (which happened to be completely on my end). I could not ask for better support!

Changing billing period
After the free trial, the annual subscription fee was deducted from my account, but, I would have preferred to pay the subscription fee on a monthly basis. The support team arranged for the annual fee to be refunded within an hour. Since then, I can pay monthly.
