Until recently, I had the program 1 Password 4.6.2.626- I decided to upgrade to a newer version of the program 1 Password 7. The 1Password Team is EXCELLENT
The 1Password Team is EXCELLENT! I have been a customer since January, 2018 after having used other PW solutions. 1Password has been so reliable and effective that I have rarely needed their support. But. Whenever I made a support request they were quick to respond and have always had a solution. My needs have generally been ID'd as PICNIC (Problem In Chair Not In Computer). Great and Easy Password Management with Excellent Support
I have found 1Password easy to use and it has made management of my passwords a smooth process. As a result I now use the kinds of passwords I should use rather than the easy to remember ones I was all too often using. Moreover, when I had a question and emailed support, I found the support provided to be excellent. The support staff quickly diagnosed my problem (I had entered something incorrectly) and provided clear instructions on how to fix it.I wish all tech support was this helpful!!

I can't even get started..
I can't even get started... Said it downloaded my code to my downloads file, but it's not there and I didn't write it down because I was sure it would be there. Now I need it to set up my account. Now what? If it's that complicated to use, forget it... not worth the aggravation nor the $. Thanks but no!
