Though there was a bit of a learning curve to climb, this is a great product that has made my life tremendously more organized, secure, and easy to navigate.

I've been extremely impressed with 1Password support and software. Having been looking at a few password managers I trialled the 1Password apps and management and received very prompt and full explanations to a number of queries I had on how certain parts of it worked. emailed responses were made within a couple of hours. I have now selected this as my manager of choice.

I love 1Password. It's a great, well-trusted password service. But it's also a great company. When you interact with the people at 1Password, you interact with PEOPLE at 1Password. They are not bureaucrats or underpaid, disinterested help desk employees. They are human beings who treat you as a human being. That matters.

We had trouble adding a new iPhone to our existing 1Password account. After several unsuccessful attempts, Alex Singer was able to lead us through the process! We appreciate the prompt email replies from Alex and all the Support personnel. Our MacBook Pro and two iPhones can now share and sync all items in 1Password. Thanks!

My loyalty over a decade & counting...

When I joined a start-up in 2010, the company required all employees to use 1Password for efficiency & ease. I am SO grateful they did! When I left that company, I purchased my own version, which has since become a yearly membership. 1Password is my top password manager

I tried two other password managers in the past and 1Password is by far the best there is out there. Because I had a good knowledge from the other two well known password managers I had, I can compare 1Password. I am happy I made the switch 6 months ago. I am referring to my favourites in 1Password - solid security including secret key, many feature rich options and excellent customer service...... I've been a 1Password user for 10 years or so, and lived through some very fundamental changes in how the data is maintained. When I switched recently to the subscription version, I found two separate Vaults and was very confused about the difference and why one was not being kept up to date. 1 Password support through email explained the issue and walked me through the solution so that now, my MacBook and IOS devices are all referencing the same Primary vault, are synced and show the ...
