Team starter Pack
As per 1passwords reliable management experience, I upgraded the family account into team starter pack once I got the debut news. but the upgrading process was not adaptable to the new subscription plan, then I sent email to the CS team, few hours later, CS team responded and was quite patient and prudent to learn the background and provide the advice for problems shooting.

1Password is the best
Love 1Password! Been using it personally for 5+ years and just signed up for team at work.Had to contact support 2x this week with questions and got an answer within the hour each time. And both fully answered and resolved my issues. Can't remember when another business was so on top of things!

I contacted 1password technical support and in less than 24 hours they were already responding to my request. They were very friendly and professional. With detailed explanations, they helped solve my problem without delay. I am absolutely satisfied with the good work of 1Password, my favorite password manager.

Can't install on my Mac
The installer threw an error and died. I did get a message urging me to contact support but I have a release deadline approaching and at that point my interest in using the product ebbed.

I’ve been using 1Password for a long long time…
I’ve been using 1Password for as long as I’ve had an Apple device (I have several now) and that for a long, long time. It has been a lifesaver (as well as a password saver) by letting me keep complicated, hopefully unbreakable passwords for all my important sites. Especially financial. It’s convenient to only have to remember one master password and you have access to the hundreds of passwords you may use on a daily basis without having to remember them all.
