This review concerns customer service.I signed up for the trial, but didn't get to try it out. I was automatically billed for the year, but when I explained what happened (by email to support), I received an email response and a refund in less than 24 hours. In my experience with most companies, this is unheard of in terms of borh response time and resolution. I will definitely be giving 1Password "another" shot. This time I hope to actually try it out, and I strongly suspect it will work ...

Very prompt response!
Very prompt response for a request for help. Actually had a response from two support staff with relevant information solving my problem. Obviously well trained support staff and very quick and keen to solve any issues.Thanks for a concise and well explained response!

Simply Excellent Service
Simply excellent service! I have had 1Pasword for many years now and recently upgraded to the family plan. I was having difficulty getting my daughter onto my account and the Team was very patient with me. They ask thoughtful questions, gave directions and videos. And, voila, my daughter is now connected and all her standalone created 1Password passwords have been uploaded to their servers. Safe & secure, and backed up.Thank you, Team 1Password!
