My first password manager and so far so good
Based on research and reviews, I selected 1Password to try as my first password manager. It's great. Once I got the hang of it, I found it easy to use. The only reason I am giving it four instead of five stars is that they don't have live phone support. The email support is good, but it's not the same as actually being able to talk to someone and explain the nuances of what I'm experiencing. That's a flaw in their business model, in my opinion.

1+ year with 1Password after LastPass
I was previously with LastPass and KeePass for the longest time. But switched over after a few LastPass kerfuffles and couldn't be happier. I was able to get family to come onboard as well as I got tired of them either not remembering their passwords or requiring a password reset from my end.One of the biggest assets at 1Password would have to be their customer service. I love 1Password and their customer…
I love 1Password and their customer service is excellent. I’ve been a long time customer as an individual through the iOS App Store but recently wanted to upgrade to a family account. I reached out to support and Trace got me squared away. Cancelled my App Store subscription, gave me a detailed explanation to log in and upgrade my account, and even gave me a $10 credit towards the annual family subscription. Great password manager with outstanding customer service
1Password is a great password manager and my experience with their customer support was fantastic. They were immediately responsive to my billing issue and went above and beyond in dealing with it.

The customer service is very responsive…
The customer service is very responsive and thorough. I deducted 1 star because their only form of communication is through email. I'm a visual learner. Trying to follow written instructions is difficult for me, especially when it comes to tech.Other than that, I would definitely recommend 1Password.
