1Password has saved my life...
1Password has saved my life on more than one occasion! Having a program that is easy to use, available on all devices, and easy to configure is exactly what we need for our personal password protections. I would recommend this program over others any day. I use a different program for my work computer and it's nothing like 1Password. I would highly recommend it for anyone.

1Password is an absolutely „must have“ in our modern times where we usually deal with a countless number of log ins etc... Safe and practical to use. Very nice, friendly and helping people working at 1Password. A very good solution for dealing with ones passwords.

Fast response & resolution
The automated response I received contained a link that quickly resolved my issue.I would also like to say that the email reply I received from Taylor Druer was incredibly fast. That's refreshing compared to most companies that take 24 - 48 hours to reply.

We tried to upgrade to Family account…
We tried to upgrade to Family account but it did not work due to in app purchases. Support handle this swift and also credited us the remaining period on the year we paid for. Very good support and handling of our request.

The undisputed best password manager for me...
I've tried many password managers but this one is basically perfect, it seamlessly integrates into my work flow, with the automatic filling of OTP logins being an absolute god send. When I had an issue of an old account conflicting with a new one, the support team identified the issues and provided a nice and easy solution. Fantastic product, fantastic customer service and fantastic value!

I updated my passwords for both 1Pass…
I updated my passwords for both 1Pass subscriptions and I can't open it on my computer. You can't get help from anyone at 1Pass unless you want to trade many many emails and then your problems don't get solved.
