I had my account frozen and I was having trouble renewing it since the comunication between apple and the system were not being updated. I sent an email to the suport team and Michelle replied, she understood the problem quicly and helped me. The solution was fast and accurate.

I had an issue with signing up with Apple app and wanted to switch to Family account. Alex was very prompt in helping me and getting everything straightened out. Even gave me a $5 gift card which was super great. Thanks so much Alex.

it's not whether you make a mistake, but how you deal with it that matters!
I have used 1Password for ages and love it.I signed up for the families option, and erroneously got billed for both the family and individual versions separately rather than simply paying the upgrade!However, when I contacted 1Password they were incredibly helpful and responsive and gave me the option of which service I wanted to keep and which I wanted to cancel, and refunded me within 24 hours of me letting them know my choice.It could so easily have ended up with an unhappy customer, but ...

Great customer service
I lost my Master Password after just 1 week of my subscription. Though that is totally on me, 1password helped me delete my original account and sign up for a new one -- plus they rebated my annual fee so i could apply it to my new account. Responses from customer service were polite, helpful and timely. THank you.

Decided to subscribe after trial.
Used the trial and it managed to save and fill in all the websites smoothly and efficiently. It was a very seamless process that I enjoyed hence have decided to subscribe to it. This is despite me being initially resistant to subscribing since I much prefer to pay for a product once only but it was the seamless process that truly won me over. Support was fast as well and good, helping me to resolve any issues quickly and well.
