Excellent product, excellent support
I use two mobiles, two laptops, one desktop and one tablet computer, and I also use tens of different online services. With this setup, 1Password is really an amazing solution to manage all this. It works perfectly on all my platforms, iOS, macOS, Linux, Windows and Android. Also I have found their support excellent. 1Password's software is unreliable
1Password's software is unreliable, touch ID works intermittently, and the software frequently forgets to wake up when a password is called for. It is nowhere near as intuitive or slick as Apple's own keychain. Yes, it works on multiple platforms, but you pay a price.

La forme de sécurité est exagéré. Si la sécurité nous empêche d'avoir accès à notre compte, elle est inutile. Il faudrait revoir le tout, avant de perdre vos clients. Par contre, le personnel de support est merveilleux.The form of security is overkill. If the security prevents us from accessing our account, it is useless. You should review the whole thing, before you lose your customers. On the other hand, the support staff is wonderful.

I locked myself out.
Not surprisingly, I got locked out and it was my fault. I didn't save the emergency kit either. Support was excellent in their communication and more importantly specific instructions on what I needed to do to get back in. I can't emphasize that enough, I was given line by line instructions on what I needed to do. BOOM!, I'm back in.

Reliable
I recently helped a friend whose account got hacked, and I decided to up my cyber security. I did some research on password managers, how reliable they are, who is the most trusted in the industry. 1Password came at the top most of the times, and when the National Press Club in DC recommended it for its members, I decided this was it.
