Maybe I'm stupid but the instructions…

Maybe I'm stupid but the instructions on installation and setup are unclear and confusing. After an hour of trying to get setup I decided to abandon it. It sounds good and maybe once its set up it is. But the 'how to instructions' are all over the place. Ideally there should be simple screen shots of what to do sequentially.

Great product, backed-up by great customer support

1Password is an excellent password manager. Although the subscription cost is a little high, in my opinion it is worth it. Because of 1Password, it’s easy for me to use unique and complex passwords for the many services I use. Two thumbs up! I also find their tech support to be extremely helpful… they respond in a timely manner and are very good at understanding my problem and then finding a solution.

I have been a 1password user from the early days of its startup. Much of that time I used the stand alone version, I wanted to get my Mac and Windows laptops upgraded to the version 7 1password I had many issues trying to accomplish the update. Support was excellent and helped me through the upgrade. 1password is a great tool to help you stay up on top of all the information you need to stay current on in today's tech world.

I immediately purchased a subscription and imported my passwords (hundreds!) and it is far better than I ever expected.
