Super quick to respond
Super quick to respond. I honestly don't know what I would do without 1Password so I decided to add my family to it as well. I had some challenges with the apple subscription but they gave clear responses and we got it solved ASAP. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent and Timely Support to my problem
I have 1password installed on 2 PCs in our home. I had an issue updating to the newest version. I send a note through their help line and received an automated response almost immediately. Shortly after, I was contacted by a "live" person, giving me instructions on how to resolve the issue. I made the recommended changes to my security software and all was good. Very thorough and timely support.

Excellent product & customer service
After 2 weeks of use, I am definitely continuing my subscription. The platform is easy to use and very convenient. Furthermore, I was even offered a student discount! What a great, polite and super professional customer service. Cannot say any bad words.

So great for my family.
After watching plenty of comparison/review videos, and comparing the free vs paid options out there, 1Password was my decision for my family. It hasn't disappointed. Really good cross platform integration, and they've built something that I can really trust. I can't believe i took so long to start using a password manager! Now all our sensitive documents, notes, licenses, credentials, credit cards, etc are protected.

User interface could use some tweaks –
I have used 1Password for some years, starting about ver. 4. At some point I needed to upgrade to the subscription model and I think that is where the problem started as I ended up with a couple of vaults and this was causing the browser extension to not show my login passwords. I also found that my various devices were using a variation of the master password, differing in the use or non-use of a capitol letter.
