Very optimistic from a tech person who's tried them all!
I'm new to 1Password, but I love it so far! So much easier to use than LastPass, more easily accessible on the desktop and easier to use in a copy+paste capacity where needed with desktop apps. The best part is being able to have my MFA codes kept right with my logins and accessible anywhere! I don't have to unlock my phone, find the Lastpass Authenticator app, wait for FaceID to connect me, then find the right code in the massive list of them I have (I have a massive list because I used ...

1Password Support is Terrific
I've been using 1Password for years, and decided to migrate to the subscription version. The Support team - Courtney, Ethan, Jason, Soraya - was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions, and getting me up to speed. I definitely recommend 1Password.

Unreliable and flaky at best
Unreliable and flaky at best. I have been using this for several years and finally tired of the failure of this product as of late. I am an IT MGR of 33 yrs. Whatever they are doing to this software in upgrades is screwing it up. Extensions will not open, it just sits there. I have tried everything. This happens about 1-2 times a month. Sick of it.

I Had Questions
